Which airport should I fly to?

Fly into Faro International Airport – it's the closest and connects to major hubs across Europe, the Caribbean, America, and Africa.

Can I camp at Afro Nation?

While we don’t have camping, the cities surrounding the festival are full of places to stay! Book your spot early and stay close to the action – hotel rooms go fast!

Where should I book my accommodation?

The Algarve is a highly sought-after destination with a plethora of fantastic hotels, villas, and apartments. To be closer to the festival action, we recommend choosing accommodation in these areas: Portimão, Alvor, Carvoeiro, Lagoa. Your festival experience is about to get even better!

How can I change the details on my hotel booking?

For changes to your hotel booking, reach out directly to your accommodation provider.

 How long should I stay?

Afro Nation is more than just a festival—it’s a holiday! We recommend arriving a few days early to soak up the pre-festival vibes and staying a few days after to chill and recover.

How can I safely store belongings?

Most hotels have safety deposit boxes in the rooms, though some may charge a small fee. Ask your accommodation when booking for the details.
